Can be faint. But quickly seen if females of the same age/clutch are present to compare.

looks like ill have to wait a little while to find out. his feet and lega are just too small, looks like a small wrinkle like by the ankle but like said its sooo small. also when do the start to develop the crest?

With each shed you will see it grow. At three months males and females will have the same sized shark fin (as I like to call it) After this age, the male crest will continue to grow while the females stay in proportion with rest of body.

Average I'd say at about a month old.....3 to 4 weeks depending on how fast they grow.
