little girl or boy? sperm plug but no spur?

So i was just chillin with my 'girl' Leah, and cleaning her cage. I started to clean one of the branches above where 'she' normally poops, and I found this??? is it a sperm plug? 'she' has beautiful colors that are vibrant and reactive, and 'she' has no tarsal spurs, but a thick tail. 'she' is like idk 6 or 7 months old. I know the size of testicles can vary but all signs of tarsal spurs are non-evident! any and all help is appreciated!

That is a male. Panther chameleons don’t have spurs regardless of their sex. He looks really angry/scared on your photo. Do you take him out often?

He is a male......he seems to be fending for his life in this picture.....in this prolonged state will tremendously shorten his life...

no way, i did not know that! i normally don't bring him out because he doesn't like it, unless its a very sunny day and I have time to watch him on the blinds. he doesn't hate being out, only being close to my face or my camera. after he puffed up I was sure to take the camera away, and then I put him back and gave him a cricket for his troubles.
