My chameleon is pretty young. She doesn't eat her meal worms, but devours her crickets. She snacks on some plants, too. I was wondering if she would be too young to eat small superworms? She is the size of my photo. Thanks.

I'm sure she could eat the little ones. If she ignores meal worms (which shouldn't be given often) she might ignore supers but it's worth a try. If you can get phoenix worms, they are small, very, very wiggly and very nutritious.

about how many crickets should she eat a day? I have heard a variety of answers.

I don't keep that species, so am not really qualified, but if you search for that in the health clinic and this forum, I'm sure someone with experience has explained it.

Yes you can feed small superworms to a small chameleon. also small butterworms, small silkworms, small roaches....
If you choose to use soldier fly maggots (pheonix worms) you should use a needle/pin to poke a hole in them just before offering. Otherwise they can pass through undigested.
Just going by your avatar its hard to know how old it is, but I feed young ones as much as they can eat within about 5 minutes, several times a day. around the 6 month mark (depends on the animal, how fast it is growing) Im only feeding twice a day and Im starting to count out bugs rather than going by what they eat in a given amount of time. At about a year old, and thereafter, Im feeding approx 1-3 bugs per day.
