hey ! my veiled Cham is around 4 months and I was wondering if it was a good idea too feed him superworms , and how many a day ? and should I feed them to him on a daily basis or ? pls answer

You can feed him small superworms but I wouldn't feed them to him everyday. Crickets and dubias are good for a staple diet but I don't think superworms are recommended for a staple diet but maybe a few times a week along with the staple food. I feed my 5 month old cham 5 superworms twice a week along with crickets and a variety of other worms and fruit flies.
