super worm questions

I have my worms in a container filled about an inch with oats. Ive read alot of posts about them and would like to know of all the options what is the best substrate. The oats were a quick fix. Ill post a pic. I also give them veggies and use a salt shaker to sprinkle sandras dry gutload recipe on the veggies and oats. Any tips would be amazing

I think you are doing everything right. No need to change to be honest, the oats will be good you shouldn't really have to swap them out. Just make sure the food doesn't mould and you will be good to go

Superchow

I use superchow mixed in with regular oats. It is from Tiki Tiki reptiles and seems to work pretty well.

I acuually like the bugs. Learning about them, feeding, and it always gives me somethin to do.lol but i still use some big tongs and think they look ikky i spend more time careing for the bugs than i do for 2 rats, Asaigo (veiled cham) a cat and a german sheperd
