Could you give us a little history on your girl?

I actually have some posts in the health clinic.
She was given to me from a lady whose daughter did not take care of her.She has been in our care for 1 month now. Here is what the first vet appt showed
blood results:
PCV 25
Phos 9.1 ( this is a big concern)
CA 13.8
Uric Acid 3.6
CPK 72000
AST 670 (again major concern normal is 10-30)
Hump on back is a deformaty may have been cause by MBD when she was younger but the vet thinks she may have been born with her back like that.

She was being treated with 2 meds for the two weeks one to bring the Phos levels down and the other is to help with the liver/kidneys there may be an infection .

The second visit showed that her Phos. levels have dropped but still wanted her on the one med to bring it down lower.
we are due to go back this week and see if the meds did thier job.

She is a little weak still but she is now griping tight and doesnt fall off her branches . she was staying brown but now this past week she has started to show off her colors and she likes when we take her outside :) she even climbs on our hands now. We are still hand feeding her .
