Starting her first shed at home!

My Chameleon just started her first shed since i got her home about a month ago.
Is there anything i should do to help her with her shedding?
i know not to do any touching to help but i had read people mention giving their chameleons showers to help with the shedding however the idea of giving my chameleon a shower makes me nervous!!!
Any tips or videos would be greatly appreciated!!!

She looks a little nervous in the picture lol, that was the first time i got that close to her with it!

I just increase mistings of warm water when Simba sheds.

I don't shower him as I'd have to handle him to get him to the plant in the shower and he really wouldn't think highly of that LOL!!

she has a very good attitude actually, since i brought her home she has never hissed at me or anyone else and has hand fed from the first day i got her. She like to come to the front of the cage when someone is looking at her, having said that she doesnt really want to be handled. the couple times i have had to handle her she tries to run off but will walk onto my hand when she thinks it will let her get away from the rest of me faster
