"Speed of Life" on Discovery Channel

Did anyone catch the "Speed of Life" "hunters of East Africa" on Discovery Channel tonight? There was quite a few minutes of chameleon coverage, with pygmies, common, and a few other sp., and lots of high-speed tongue-shoot footage.

Looks like it will be repeated on the 15th.

Ugh, I'm getting a bad feeling about this series:there are lots of staged shots with mistakes in plant choices: there were Madagascan succulents in the East African segment and Asian orchids in the Costa Rican snake bit.

They need to hire me as a technical consultant...

Same here SYN! I haven't seen discovery channel or animal planet or history channel etc. for over 2 years D: how i miss seing the animals on tv! describe the show! lol

I actually saw this on animal planet earlier too! The footage they showed was really cool.

It was cool to see the slo-mo shots of the chameleon eating but i didnt like how they kept changin species and never really kept you updated on what it was. Still i like seeing any chameleon on tv lol
