Snout to Vent

All, I am having trouble finding any literature that gives a snout to vent length of an adult male Furcifer pardalis. I can find lots of info that says they get to be ~ 15-20". Is this actually snout to vent or tip to tip?

If one gets to 15-20 inches snout to vent you should call the world record dept.

That would be snout to tip of tail.
