Is that cage going to have any airflow?

the one im looking at buying will have the roof removed and i will mesh it.also i will put loads of large air vents down the sides.

the measurements are 22 wide x 19 deep x 36 high inches

Yea, that's a good 12" shorter than recommended for an adult panther or veiled, and a little narrow as well.

What adult chameleon are we talking about? If you have a smaller species this could work, but not for a panther or veiled.

I've always seen that the size needed to be at least 18x18x36

That's more typically recommended for females (I don't know why, because veiled females are enormous) and for smaller species, like Jackson's, carpets, etc. But for veileds and panthers, since they're big and active, something like a 24" x 24" x 48" is better.

Mimnimum size for females is generally 18x18x36 but the absoulte minimum for a male really is 24x24x48 as they will use it all.
