Showering veiled?

I been looking in to doing the shower thing but I have no clue how it will turn out or work.

My veilded chameleon is still young, around 3 months. I want to start this shower thing to make sure he wont become dehydrated.

Could everyone give me information on this?

No need to shower unless your cham gets a bad dehydration problem.
