Should I be concerned?

Oh!! ??‍♀️
Unfortunately they did not print on the box there what it is. So if you flip over the hood on the bulb on one end it will be printed on it. It should say either 5.0 or 10.0.
If it is a 5.0 bulb you want a distance of 8-9 inches to the basking branch below the fixture. If it is a 10.0 bulb then you will need a distance of 11-12 inches to the basking branch below it.... Additionally I would get a 24 inch fixture to go on top of the new enclosure. You really want this to span the width of the enclosure.

Ok I will check when I get home .... and yes that I did know that for the fixture in the new enclosure but For the 24inch fixture tho would the 10.0 be best? Or higher since it has to go further down the enclosure (if that makes since)

So no... You would still stay with the 5.0. The 10.0 is much stronger so you have to put basking even lower in the cage. This makes it so you lose too much of the space at the top. I would stay with the 5.0 or a 6% bulb.
With the new cage your building do you have screen on the top panel or is it the same larger gauge as the sides? If it is not aluminum window screen then you will not have a reduction in UVI level. So you will need to place basking level approximately 11 inches down using a 5.0 or 6% bulb to get the 3 uvi level. Less of the UVI is reduced so basically your functioning with almost a full strength bulb.

It will be a screen on the top .. same all around. the screen will be more like my current enclosure mostly so no bugs can escape... thinking about pvc walls on the back and the right side as well to help with moisture and keep the water from the mister in too

So if you are doing aluminum window screen it will be a 9 inch drop to basking level for the 5.0 UVB lighting to get the correct level at basking.

Got it! ?? Thanks for all your help! Can’t wait to post pictures! ??

I am still thinking thermal burn. so this is where it is tricky while the basking may only be 82 if you have a bulb 4 inches away you have thermal burn risk. I really hate the focused heat bulbs because of this. Higher risk with those.
Right now it does not look bad... If it starts to blister though that is when you have to have a vet and get silver sulfadiazine cream from them for it.

Ok I’m taking that branch completely out of that area then cause that’s where he likes to hang the most... and my t5 is a 5.0

So you want a 8-9 inch drop to the closest basking branch below that T5 for the correct UVI level he needs. I would personally not have any branches higher then that where he could get under uvb or the heat lamp.

Nice enclosure! Heads up: using hardware cloth vs. screen changes the uvi’s substantially. Screen reduces uvb penetration anywhere from 25-50%. Hardware cloth is more like 10%. What would be good uvb practices with screen might give your cham a sunburn, through hardware cloth.
