Howdy SBCK Members,
Sorry for the short notice but we have a change in plans for our next meeting location. We knew that our usual “Plan A” isn’t available this month but then “Plan B” recently fell through. However, this leaves open the opportunity to have the meeting location being of your selection
. Let me know ASAP if you have a solid lead on a meeting place that could either be on our usual “last Tuesday night of the month” (8/25) or another night or even the possibility of a daytime weekend on the 22-23rd or 29-30th. Places to think about could include but not limited to apartment/condo complexes that have recreation rooms, member’s homes, office complexes etc. It is important that they not mind us showing-up with insect feeders and chameleons so most restaurants are out of the question . A City Park is another possibility for a weekend daytime meeting. A location that is Freeway close and somewhat central to the various directions that our members are driving from is also a factor to be weighed. If your location charges a fee, don’t let that stop you from submitting it for possible selection.
Again, please reply ASAP as I would like to be able to make a selection no later than Wednesday Aug 19th in order to allow members to be able schedule time for the meeting.
