Saliva

Hey y’all. As I continue to re fresh my mind with everything I learned a few years back, I am curious about one thing.... normal saliva. What does normal saliva look like compared to stringy saliva or a mouth infection?

I am asking because this morning I saw banjo open his mouth and there was some excess saliva. Also after eating a cricket he puffed up his chin and made a popping noise. Is this URI?
He is still eating normally and drinking

A little saliva is fairly normal, however the popping is not. It's nearly impossible to diagnosis an RI online so if you're concerned I would take the cham to a vet.
