Safe Plants

Are "pachira" (money tree) or "lucky bamboo" safe for chameleons? I know it's safe, but will they eat sword ferns? Also, is there any difference between regular and variegated schefflera besides the two-tone look? I need some live plants for my veiled, and I figure I might as well get some variety and make it look cool.

actually lucky bamboo is safe, it isnt bamboo it is actually a dracnea
