Is it ok to use rope for my Panthers cage? Thought it might be quite cool to use a bit like vines. Looks a bit like this i guess.

I have that rope out on my screened in patio and have it draped at the top all around as to create a nautical effect. When I have my My cham out there he climbs the screen and grabs onto it and loves walking on it. My only concern having it in the cage would be it will constantly be getting wet and I dont know if it will get moldy and fall apart. Also, there are all those little fibers and whose to say that the cham could not accidently ingest them? If it were me I would not choose not to use it, but that is just one opinion.
