Shipping:
I use PayPal. Please include your shipping information, name, and everything you want to order in the PayPal payment notes.

I ship on Mondays. 'Hold for pickup' at your post office if you will not be home for delivery. DOA(dead on arrival) reported within an hour of delivery with pictures. No LAG(live arrival guarantee) on free extras that I include. I am not responsible for USPS delays or lost packages that were out of my control(example: someone stealing the box). No refunds, but I will work with you if problems arise.

USPS priority shipping $10, BUT I will require $15 for the live arrival guarantee when temperatures *in your area and mine* are below 50(heat pack) or above 85(cold pack). I may also require 'hold for pick up' at your post office in order to honor the LAG if temps are extreme in either of our areas. No LAG if you choose not to pay the extra $5 for heat/cold packs or if you refuse to have the package held at the post office(at my request in some cases).
If problematic shipping circumstances arise(USPS issues, very bad weather, etc), I will delay shipping until it is safe to do so.

Please know the laws in your state!

James,

You only selling colonies? I'm thinking of getting another non-climbing/non-flying variety pack now that Ezekiel likes roaches. Most of the ones I got from you before for Peri got to large to feed by the time I received EZ.

Thought I replied back. Also got a few different types from James. All looked ?

Thank you as well, I appreciate that. I know I wasn't clear about the deaths head being a little smaller, but hope they're still working out for you. Those guys are sweet, but can be a little slower to reproduce.
