hello there. unfortunately, damage already done in regards to MBD cannot be reversed. it can be prevented from continuing but cant be reversed. there are some things you can do to prevent further damage and make him healthier overall:
supplement using this schedule: calcium without d3 at everyfeeding, calcium with d3 twice a month, and a multivitamin twice a month
allow him as much time as possible outside in the direct sunlight as long as the conditions are right. our uvb lights do provide uvb but not nearly the amount as the unfiltered sun does and this will really help him
most of the commercial made gutloads really arent very good and do not provide proper nutrition. "cricket crack" and "bug burger" are good commercial gutloads however so try to get one of those or make your own gutload to give your feeders. heres a link to a great gutload recipe!

you may want to take him to the vet to get an xray to see the extent of damage and they may give him a liquid calcium shot
as for just making sure his normal needs are met, try to get him a variety of feeders. its really good for them and stops them from getting bored! heres a link to some feeders ideas
