Raising ambient temp

Hi everyone, what I need to know is how do I go about raising the ambient temp of my enclosure? I have a 150W basking spotlight where the temp sits around 36-38deg C and also a reptisun 5.0 UVB bulb but this does not emit much heat. Since we are heading into winter here in South Africa, I stuck a big heating mat onto one side of the enclosure to help with warmth but the ambient temp is still sitting around 22deg C which is too cool for my veiled cham. How am I going to increase the temp inside the enclosure?

you could try a ceramic heater in the room to increase the room temps which would raise the ambient cage temps as well

You might try wrapping 2 or 3 sides of the enclosure to hold in the heat, maybe a shower curtain, or some canvas.

could someone please tell me the correct temp and humidity for a veil tank i have been reading so much stuff lately i is hard who to believe i have a waterfall in the tank but no hot spot as such i have 2 juviniles
