Please help!!! Need info on a website

So I ordered a turquoise veiled chameleon from Theveiledchameleon.com, I received an email saying order pending/payment required... Well that was a day ago and I have received no further emails from them and I have called multiple times with no response. I would like to know if anyone has ordered from them or knows if they are still in operation. If they are not what should I do?

Damn this sucks... Well as far as my money is concerned my bank says no funds have been transferred so hopefully they have just completely forgotten about the chameleon site and never process the order... Does anyone know where I could find another turquoise veiled, I'd love an amilobe or nosy be but right now I don't have the money unless the shipping is free. I really appreciate all the help nightanole

Transactions can take a few days pending to withdrawn so just make sure you put a stop on payment with your bank first thing am, and tell them/show them why. Otherwise your out that cash, unless there is a glitch on scammer's end and in that case your lucky. Better safe than sorry tho

Sounds like you lucked out in getting your money back - which is really good- I would like to suggest you hang around for a while and read up in the resource section - care sheets and such and the health clinic before you actually make your purchase -
You'll find that a lot of problems that people have with keeping chameleons starts with getting bad information to begin with and a lot comes from getting an unhealthy chameleon from the start - This site is here to help people take the best care their chameleons so they can live a long happy life-
Once you've checked out the care sheets and made sure your ready check the classified here - you'll know more about the people who post in them because you'll see that the people who do are the same people helping out the newbies (like me when I started) and sharing what they know about keeping their and others healthy.
