Xerxes and Steven Charles?

I know that Xerxes was a Persian king, but which country was Steven Charles the king of?
Xerxes looks great!
Kinyongia multituberculata are wonderful chams and I'm glad to see that they're becoming more popular.
They may not have rainbow colors, but their tails are incredibly long and their personalities are great.
What's really nice is that they're being captive bred by at least one forum member.
