So what is the story behind Cleo? Was she sick or something when you got her? Maybe I missed a previous thread or something?
Why are you feeding vitamins through a syringe. you can dust the worms, no?

I'm no veiled expert, but she doesn't look skinny at all.

The pics are small but I agree. She doesnt look skinny at all. What are your concerns with her? If you are basing her size from veileds pics on the forum PLEASE be weary of the keepers you are judging from. There are a lot of over weight veileds on this forum and many of those keepers dont agree or dont want to hear it:eek:

cleo hasnt been eating for the last 19 days , in this time all she has eaten was a total of11 waxworms and 3 butterworms the pics are as of today until today when she relaxed her ribs hung over her branch. yesterday i got her to eat 3 butterworms and 2 waxworms

I had the same sort of issue with my new veiled recently (it did end up being parasites and pinworms). In my searches, I found someone's recipe for "bug juice" that sounded like a great idea and I saved it for any future hunger strikes. They really stress out the humans, I found out! Good luck with your girl. She's a beauty.)

She seems perfectly fine. healthy to me. I have had my female for a few months and looks very similar. Whats your reasoning with the syringe?

whoops a bit late.

She looks like she is possibly gravid. Females can produce eggs without being mated. Do you have a laying bin in her enclosure? If not get one in there ASAP!! SHe actually looks like she could be gravid in those pics and describing her as ribs hanging over the branch I would suspect her to be.

Can you resize the pics to show up bigger? You will eventually need a laying bin if she is not gravid so if you need advise on how to construct one let us know.

Edit: The pics do come up larger when clicked on. My computer was obviously having a fit when I scrolled over them.

To me she doesnt look huge but she does look like she might need to lay eggs. Has she been more active lately. Searching the ground or diggin in pots?

Also filling this form out will help us see if there is anything that could be off or bettered in your husbandry.
