Phoenix Worms/Cup vs free range?

Well, this is 2 questions in 1.

Any thoughts on Phoenix worms? I can only get crickets, mealworms and phoenix worms locally. I am looking into getting silkworms online, but would rather find things I can get locally. ( To support local business, also save on shipping) ( and I just can't get over mental block with roaches)

Also, I've never tried cup feeding. Can they figure it out after free range feeding? And what would be the pro to cup feeding? And where is a good placement? He does seem to ignore his feeders once they get to the bottom of his enclosure. He loves to eat from our hands, so I thought he might do ok from a cup.

Ok, that's a lot more than 2 questions....sorry!:)

Since you can't get much, definitely get some phoenix worms! :D Even if you had a lot of variety, phoenix worms are a great source of calcium. If they turn into flies, your cham will love chasing them down too. (Don't let their looks creep you out, I thought they would bite/sting at first, but they're completely harmless). Yuki just snaps them right up out of my fingers :)

I can't comment on the cup feeding method.. I haven't been able to get either of mine to cup feed. I'm sure someone with more insight will help you however :)
