Not Eating

My Veiled is 3 months old and I have had him for 5 days. The first 2 days he was eating everything i put in there within first 5 minutes. Last 3 days he has not seemed interested in food. I am putting 12 crickets 2X a day morning and evening along with some meal worms. I dont ever see him eat and beleive crickets are just escaping his feeding bowl and mealworms are left untouched. everytime I open cage to feed him he walks away and hides. I also have never seen him drink any water I run a mist king for 6 minutes morning and night

As you've only had him for less than a week, I'd give it time. It takes them a bit to acclimate.
When I first brought Spooble, my veiled chameleon, home, he ate pretty readily on the first two days. He then became shy about eating for a few days afterwards. I wondered if maybe those first few days he ate only because he was hungry from all the commotion, but then realized "Oh I'm in a totally new place!" and was anxious about the whole thing.
What sort of feeding cup do you keep your insects in? Roaming crickets can nibble on a chameleon. I have one of these, which mitigates escapees. Crickets can jump, but they'd get out less often. Because your veiled is also a baby too, his bugs are pretty small, so what I also did (for now, until the bugs grow up, and is kind of also against the point of the fancy feeder run) is get one of these to put inside the feeder run. It helps the bugs stand out a bit more in their diminutive size.
On the subject of feeding; here's a good guide for food in general. It isn't really recommended to feed chameleons mealworms too often, and variety in their diet is very appreciated. Gutloading, too is very important!

Oh yeah, that looks good. (Though I feel like I remember tweed-like string like this not really being recommended in a cham enclosure setting?)

They can generally take around two weeks to settle in before they start comfortably eating. They are supposed to be quite ravenous as babies, but I understand completely how too much anxiety and an unfamiliar setting fights against your appetite.
Have you located any roaming crickets? Another thing about chameleons is that they don't really go to their food bowl in the presence of us. Mine has never eaten out of his feeder while I'm in the same room. It's the same with drinking, too. He could be eating them, if you can't find them anywhere.
