she will get more coloring, some peaches and oranges but nothing like the males with the reds, yellows, greens, and vibrant blues.

Definately not 4-5 months. My guess is still male with that bulge.

what bulge are you seeing? I agree with the others and say female.

no it is not recommended at all to keep them together.
