Organic potted herbs/lettuces safe?

My female Veiled loves live plants. She is much less willing to eat a piece of spinach or lettuce than she is a potted plant that lives in her cage. Very soon her new, much larger cage will come in and since I've already got a bit of a green-thumb with potted decorative plants around the house, I'd really like to use nothing but live plants. However, since she's sooo into eating them, I worry about her ingesting too many of the decorative plants and not enough dark, leafy greens. To make her happy and make my life easier, I thought I'd try using organic potted lettuces, herbs and other greens in hopes that those will dissuade her from eating the more decorative hibiscus, ficus or umbrella plants. In addition to dissuading her from eating the tropical plants, I thought buying organic might save me a step on repotting. Does anyone know if I still need to re-pot when buying USDA Organic potted plants? Is it necessary to quarantine plants before putting them in the cage?
