I think he is a cross Red Bar/Blue Bar, Ambanja.

I see a panther chameleon, more specifically a locale cross between a Nosy Faly and an Ambanja.

My best guess would be Ambanja, maybe with a little Nosy Faly thrown in. However it's close to impossible to know for sure especially this young he's still got some coloring up to do.
