Please could you have a look at these two photos and let me know what you think?
Flash, a female, will be 3 this March 2019.
I took the photos this morning.
She seems gravid to me and I think she's close to laying time, although she's not pacing her terrarium yet.
She's laid twice already in the last 12 months.
I'm wondering about her neck - do you think it is slightly swollen?
I realise that in one of the photos she's displaying - due to me taking the photo - and so it's impossible to tell whether or not her neck is swollen, but I've included this photo because it shows her body, colours and pattern quite well and gives a decent general impression of her physical condition.
In the last 10 days, after eating she sometimes seems to have had difficulty swallowing the crickets, contorting and contracting her body quite extremely for a few minutes. Frankly, when doing this she has seemed in distress - some kind of struggle taking place internally. And then it's over and she has recovered.
She's firing fine, crisp and accurate - tongue all good - and she's keen to eat.
Generally otherwise she seems in good form.
