omg it's a silkie !!!

Hi everyone,

well my new female Laurie is just comming along nicely.
she is still a bit shy of me, and I lost alot of trust taking her to the vet, but she is turnning arond quite well and eatting great.

here are some photos and videos of her.
you'll clearly see she loves silkworms.

I realy like this video becase of how she reacts when she finaly sees the silkworm...she also seems to almost taste it before she shoots it.


she realy is a true chameleon, unlike my clown Splat.
Splat just had another shed on tuesday and new colors have deepened big time. sadly I just can't figure out how to fire him up for a photo, he's just too mellow.
I even rubed his belly and sides and he almost seemed to like it...WTF, does he think he's a dog and wants to be petted?

That first video is adorable. She knows you stuck something over there somewhere for her. She then stops in her tracks and gets so excited when she recognizes the worm. And then she seems to want to just enjoy looking at it for a moment (or she's looking around to see if there are perhaps 2 or 3 more), while her mouth salivates like crazy. Finally she goes for it and you can tell she's REALLY enjoying it.

sadly he doesn't fire up when he sees himself in the mirror.
yet about 3 months ago I babysat a nosy be and this is what he looked like when he saw him...

his colors back then were not even close to how deep they are right now, it's such a shame that I can't get him fired up to post a photo.
anyone wana send me a male I can borrow for a day or two so he can get all pissed off? lol

yea totally i cant get mine to fire up either haha unless he's outside but unfortunately its been freezing except for like the past 2 days but ive been at work so cant get him any sunlight.
