Odd behaviour?

Since I have changed his basking bulb from 60W to 100W he seems to be "Gaping". Do you think the bulb maybe to close or too warm now?

What are the basking temps now with the 100W bulb? The basking temps are more important than the bulb you use to get them.

High 80's (85/86) to the lowish 90's (93/94). I did just move it up about an inch to cool him down a little. My room alone was 80 degrees.
