Not Growing. HELP ASAP

Not vitamins just fresh fruits and veggis. You can check some of sandrachameleons' blogs, she has a very detailed analysis. I bought a dry gutload from one of the members on here and then I supplement with apple, orange, carrot, kale, mustard greens and dandelion. The possibilties are endless, it is up to you.

What I do is the following. use pieces of carrots, green peppers, apples, collard or turnip greens…and I think that is it. I blend these ingredients together, put them in ice trays, and leave them in the freezer. I put one frozen cube into the cricket container, and change it every 2 days because mold will get on it if you leave it any longer usually. But bam, you got a good healthy gut load that lasts forever as long as it is frozen. It's worked great for me, and my chameleon has DEFINITELY been happy.

That is an awesome idea to cube them! I gotta do this, it will save me soooo much precious time. Going back to university in a few weeks so finding time savers is critical :D

Also another good thing to use is Spirulina, & Flax It does a cham good ;)

I know there are a lot of different views on gut loading the feeders. And this is simple what we have found most successful, and what simple works for us. First thing in the morning we separate the amount of crickets feeders we need for the for the day from the rest of the colony, typically around 450-500. We will then add sliced oranges, apples, and different greens such as Kale and Collards, and allow them to feed for an hour or so, and then feed them to the Chameleons right after. Just believe this to be the best option for the health of our Chams. If you gut load a whole colony of feeders just be sure not to leave the rotting food in their container, with a whole colony if there is anything left over with fresh food you are probable adding to much, try cutting back to the point of which the food is consumed completely before it becomes rotten.

I have almost one thousand crickets. The lot or colony, whatever, are fed fluker's orange cubes, and water crystals. I keep about 20 or so in one small container, specifically for my chameleon. These have a frozen gut loaded cube that I made. Replaced every two days or so. So I am not feeding on or two frozen cubes to all of the crickets. Just the ones I intend to feed to my chameleon soon.

I lowered the wattage of my bulb and started to gutload. Still no growth. Starting to get very worried abouty little guy. Don't know what else to do

you're not going to notice any growth in a weeks time, when you are looking at them every day they don't seem to grow at all. Sometimes you may not even notice any growth in months time. The best thing to do if you're worried about his growth is to get a digital kitchen scale, there like $10 bucks, and weigh him once a week. You'll see more results that way then visually.
