Okay, you shouldn’t be dusting with a multivitamin once a day. You should be dusting with a phosphorous-free calcium supplement without d3 daily, and a mutivitamim and calcium with d3 about twice a month.

Take the grass out too... if you free range crickets they will hide under it... just have the plastic square on the bottom.

You can see the spurs in the second picture

You would be surprised how many can look like they have spurs, I just like to confirm, it can be bad to falsely assume
