Beautiful Nosy Be.
Welcome to the Forum, I have some suggestions:
For the cage, I would do a lot of horizontal small diameter natural vines and natural branches, filling the top 1/2 of the cage.
Natural plants are a must IMHO, and a Pathos hung from the top would fill the cage, leaving the floor clear (for easy cleaning).
I would suggest that your Nosy Be does not "like" your head any more than he "likes" to climb up to the highest place he can reach in his environment. It is better to leave them in the cage than to bring them out for our enjoyment, other than major cage cleaning where you are moving plants and branches, or medical exams. Stress for the chameleon is to be avoided whenever possible, they are not like a Bearded Dragon, who are hand-able.
Your cage has 2 dome lights, UVB is best supplied through a long linear bulb, heat can be a dome style light.
The sides of the cage appear to me a mesh with a plastic outside wall, are any sides just the mesh? If not, you may want to open a side or 2, or use a fan for airflow.
Use the SEARCH button, and you will find the answers to most of your questions!
Take care,
Nick
