Need help, fast.

My chameleon has been closing his eyes this past week or so.
And when he opens them, they look infected or a gray-ish color.
I will take him to the vet today/tomorrow.
Does anyone know what this might be?
He's not eating either.
(Because he can't see)

do you have a CFL (compact/spiral flourescent light) UVB bulb?? If so that is your problem and you need to get him a zoomed reptisun 5.0 linear bulb

I do, and I thought that was the problem as well.
But he's still having problems.
His color has been pale.

after you take him to the vet make sure you have the linear florescent bulb ready for him to prevent any future problems

and please tell us the results from his visit
