ok today i took my cham to the vet because he was puffing up making popping noises etc. they said he had an oral inflammation and gave me antibiotics. I had been telling my breeders about his behavior they said it was normal or to make his cage not as wet. So today they asked how he was doing I explained the situation they therefore said taking him to the vet at that age (3 months) is very bad you could have just sent him back here for us to look at him. the antibiotics can do more harm then good and will void the health guarantee. They said they are willing to overlook if I send him back tomorrow. what advice would you give? send him back?

Depends on the feelings you have I think. If it were me I would probably send him back. A young cham with an infection is sometimes a loss waiting to happen. At least if the worst happens I think most breeders will replace him. I am speaking based on finance. It's not bad that you took him to the vet.
I bet the antibiotics are his best chance, and they will give him some themselves. If you have treated reptiles before and you want to take the risk then keep him home.

I think maybe if i had more experience treating sick animals and if it was a vet i used non stop i might keep him. but im highly considering sending him back so he can get the right help
