Nasal discharge???

I noticed that Clara had a funky discharge a week ago that went away when I wiped it (suprised she let me). It wasn't snotty. Just white and kinda fell into dust when I wiped it. Only out the left side and it happened a few days after. Not since though. What is it? She isn't acting strange and is eating and as happy as she gets. TIA!

It is probably a discharge of calcium. Seems to happen when they eliminate extra calcium. Cut back a little on dusting your feeders.

I havent dusted them in 3 weeks because I was afraid to over dust. I bought them online and feed the crickets Monster cricket food. What am I doing wrong

NVM. Its says hi-cal on the jar of food. I'll only give it 24 hours before I feed her.

Hmmmm. Can't comment on the monster cricket food, but you should be lightly dusting your crickets with calcium anyway. Maybe someone else knows.

Also do a search on the forum for 'cricket crack'. It's a really good gut load made by member of this forum.
