I have a few new pictures of Mufasa. He’s old (over 6) and has been having some health issues. We went to see his vet yesterday for a checkup and a couple of warts were removed from his lip. He has a bump on his chin that we have been just watching for awhile. He’s had a sty removed from his right eye a couple of times and he’s had an ongoing RI for a couple of years. He’s had numerous cultures and different antibiotics and we have even consulted with Dr. Mader but he seems to be immune to all antibiotics. He hasn’t eaten on his own in months. I catch him with his mouth open and slide in a small feeder and while he’s chewing I continue to slide in a few more. That along with the Repta-Boost once a week seems to keep him looking pretty good. Dr. Alfonso says he’s in hospice and like a very old man but still has some quality of life left. My husband and I treat him extra special since he has such a hard time. Lately he acts like he’s feeling a tad better and has been moving around more…...he use to just sit there. With the moving around he started falling so my husband made a little net to go around his tree to catch him if he falls. The last few pictures are of his tree with the net.
