how can i tell if my veiled chameleon has mouth rot?

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:not sure
Cage Type - glass cage combo
Lighting - uvb and heat lamp, lights off around 10pm on around 8am
Temperature - top of cage can reach to 95-100 under lamp, cooling spot is around 75
Humidity - misting for 2 minutes about 4 times a day. reptisafe is in the water used to mist. also a dripper for 15 minutes a day. reptisafe is also used.
Plants - no live plants currently.
Placement - cage is in a medium traffic bedroom, about 2 feet from floor.

Feeding - meal worms, dubius roaches, wax worms occasionally, crickets. calcium 3 times a week
Supplements - zoo meds reptivite
Watering -chameleon drinks daily from a dripper,
Fecal Description - a soft brown poop, next to a yellow poop, next to two solid dark brown poops. (todays poop) going to the vet tomorrow.
History - she has two bumps on her mouth. one on each side the one on her right side is bigger and brown and one on her left side is still white. thats how the other bump started. the right side almost looks like her mouth is open.
