Hi, need pictures of the inside. I dont see anything that is alarming from the outside.

Here's a pic of the inside. Its the best I could get because I hate making him get stressed just so he opens his mouth . I think it looks a little bit yellow in the corners.

Has he seen a vet? If it is swelling I would think you would need to see a vet

Ditto. Time for a vet ASAP if you haven't been already. In the meantime, keeping him hydrated is really important.
