Mouth problem with Pygmy Cham

I have a pygmy cham which seems to have a mouth problem, according to my fiancee who is a vet tech it looks to be a fungus, but it is hard to tell. The problem started to be really noticable a couple days ago and has accelerated. Unfortunatly the doctor in her office who see exotics is away and there aren't any other good exotic hospitals I know of in the area. My fiancee has access to medicines, I just need to know what to tell her to bring home. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated so I can get this little one back to health.

Mouth rot is a common problem, but I'm not sure it can be called a "fungus" perhaps a pic would help people to see exactly what it is you are talking about.

its white and sort of looks like the so called cottage cheese.

I spoke with the person whom I got them from ( a well known and respected vendor) and he gave me a name of a couple things they use so I am going to try the one that I can get. Can't remember the name, but when I mentioned it to my fiancee she knew what it was.
