Looks like early mouth rot to me. I would go to see a vet ASAP.

what if theres isnt a reptile specialist in today should i wait till tomorrow or take him to the emergency for antibiotics?

It is really red by his mouth now and it's swollen. I'm at the emergency vet right now

He's doing good. He was given an antibiotic for calcium and for his immune system.

The vet said its a lack of vitamins and a slight mouth infection. Gotta give him a bunch of different meds for weeks.
