She is a Chamaeleo trioceros deremensis or Giant Usambara 3-horn chameleon, the male of this species has horns.

Deremensis are a great species. They are very mellow. I purchased the female pictured at a local pet shop being sold as a flapneck and since I have decided to keep her. I recently purchased a male from Color Creations. Here are a couple of pictures of him..
