Monty Weighs 10g!!

Finally,Monty has hit the 10g mark! Last Tuesday he weighed 8.1g and this afternoon he weighed in at 10g exactly! He will be 5 months on 3rd Feb and I couldn't be more pleased with his progress! Here's a couple of pics just cos I love this l'il fella so much!

How do you weigh them at young ages without too much stress?

Calibrate the scale with a leafy twig, then use that twig to transport the Cham and weight together?

I bought some jeweller's scales from ebay. and put a small stick on there, zero it and let Monty climb on. He was only 2g when I got him and my normal scales were not sensitive enough! He doesn't mind being taken out of his viv - he is used to me now. I've had him since he was just 7 weeks old and have weighed him at least once a week since I got him in October!
