They never responded a single question I submitted through their support line. Now that I posted a complaint on one of their forums exposing some of the bad advice they give on here, I finally received a response. In fact, they were so enraged I got nothing but attacks. Funny how whoever runs this basic forum spends hours trying to discredit my posts and sending me personal threat messages yet never answers support questions for legitimate problems with their site.
Here is the information that you inquired about and my response...

JohnnyLawrence- Anyone know the answer to this question? I've tried to contact this Forum's support line but never get a response.
Decadancin- ???
Do you mean the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page? This won't get an immediate response. Here are the rules for posting on the forums...
The market section is intended for active members looking to buy or sell chameleons and chameleon related products. By using this service you signify your agreement to the
rules listed below.
How can I reply to ads?
Members can only reply to their own ads. To contact a seller use email or the private conversation system.
How can I post new ads?
New Members are restricted from posting classified ads. This rule helps curb abuse and commercial spam. All other members are limited as described below.
Ad Limits:
total posts max new ads
New Member: 0 0
Member: 3 2
Established: 4 3
Site Sponsor: 20 15
Note: Limits are per month. A new ad also counts as a post.

Vote in contests, post on member profiles, add a signature, create classified ads, create a blog and receive more gallery space.

Interact with resources and advanced features (coming 2017), post more classified ads, create more blogs and get additional gallery space.
With your current status as New Member you do not currently have the ability to post in the Classified Section. This is done to prevent people creating profiles just to advertise here. The Chameleon Forums is primarily a resource site for those in the hobby, and although the classifieds are part of the site, it would become the place for spam and unwanted advertising. With more activity including posts and trophy points you can quickly advance to the next level of membership.
Hope this helps...
JohnnyLawrence- Yes, partially! How does a new Member become a "Member"?
Virgi1972- Its based off trophy points.
Decadancin- Yep! Trophy points are acquired through more posts that lead to likes and milestones. It doesn't take long at all.

The list of trophies should give you an idea of how to achieve them.
Here is the post I responded to...
JohnnyLawrence- The problem is that what justifies something being posted in this new "area of expertise"? I can say that 90% of the advice given on hear by so-called experts are wrong or insufficient. Also, you mention getting an appointment with a Vet? Yah, I know more than every Vet I've ever visited, so that does absolutely nothing unless you know for a fact that they're going to a qualified veterinarian with a history of experience with Chameleons specifically. I see so many people BLINDLY just advising people to go see a Vet. This is just as dangerous as misinformation. Most Vets will take your money without actually solving the root cause. Then the Pet Owner gets upset and disinterested after shelling out hundreds of dollars (double what their pet cost) on useless Vet services. A Forum won't solve that....

My response...
Decadancin- This forum is comprised of all types of people from pure novice to actual vets and scientists, breeders and hobbyists. To say that 90% of advice given is wrong or insufficient is a complete generalization and not founded in anything but your opinion. Also, so-called-experts is your term. I have not seen anyone call themselves experts. That term is earned. If you know more than every vet you ever visited, then I'm not sure why you need a vet. Each and every time I advise someone to seek the help of a vet it is due to the educated guess by me that this is something the OP likely can not handle on their own. I also advise that they are sure the vet is experienced with chameleons, not just reptiles. If not, perhaps a great bird vet could be helpful. Worst case scenario I advise the keeper to bring a copy of the caresheets with them for the vet to look at. When people do advise to see a vet, often times others will advise to make sure they have experience with these animals. A forum may not solve everything, but for someone new to the hobby it just may set them on the proper course to be successful and maybe, just maybe that forum member can help others by sharing their experiences.
This is not an attack on you, but you have been a member of this forum since August 2016 with 23 messages so far, and at least 11 from today. I know nothing of your experience with chameleons and don't know how much you may have been lurking or reading posts, but I can't tell you how often members advise people that they can help them find a good vet with chameleon experience.
A Forum isn't the only resource, but this one has more experienced keepers than other sources that I know.
@JohnnyLawrence , you were not treated any differently than any other member on this forum. You received your answer in the site assistance forum. If you had looked through the site rules when you first signed up on this site back in August of 2016 you would have seen your answer there, but I gave you the information and actually showed you in the post.
You did not post a complaint, as you state, but stated that 90% of the advice given here is wrong or insufficient, and then proceeded to use a link in multiple threads that was not accurate or detailed enough. This is why you got the responses you did. From that moment on your demeanor and attitude has become unacceptable and another site Moderator PRIVATELY informed you that this was not acceptable. YOU then decided that you would bring that into the public forums and continued your inappropriate behavior.
If this site is not to your liking, then you can go elsewhere. If your activities continue the way they are, I will help you go elsewhere. Everyone is welcome here on this site, until they act in violation of the Forum rules. You are not being singled out.
Any further attempts to engage in personal attacks will result in warnings and infraction points.
Members must show respect for others at all times. This is crucial to maintaining a friendly environment. There are no exceptions.
Chameleon Forums uses a warning and infraction system to deal with rule violations and disruptive behavior. Warnings are usually given for first time minor offenses and infractions are given for repeat offenses or more serious issues. Each infraction has an associated number of points depending on its severity, and a member can be suspended or banned if they accumulate enough of them. Infractions expire after 90 days. If you are given a warning or infraction by a moderator you are expected to heed their instruction. Please do not take this personally. If you think the moderators have been unfair then please contact an administrator directly.
10 points = Account suspended for 3 days.
20 points = Account suspended for 10 days.
25 points = Account permanently banned.
You have now been given warning by two Moderators and we have been more than patient with you. As Chris stated earlier, I hope you will adhere to the rules and decide to be a respectful member here, but the choice is yours.
