Mealworms VS superworms

I think the trick with keeping Superworms a healthy feeder is to feed them a variety of quality veggies and a good dry mix. A lot of people just throw them on oats or bran and add a carrot and call it a day.

I feed kale and rocket, is this ok

I've had our veiled throw up a super worm before and today just after he ate the biggest super worm I went to put him back in the cage and noticed in one of his feces a complete shell of a previous super worm. This had me really concerned over impactions like mealworms.
