So I've got a rather large maple tree that grows behind my garage and looms over my driveway. Occasionally dropping branches that have leaves attached . I was wondering if placing a branch eith some leaves on it in my veiled chameleon cage would be okay ?

Maple trees contain sap. Sap is not good for chameleons. I would say no. I'm also guessing your from Canada?

Some roaches like hissers eat the leaves. I think you could use them, I wouldn't worry personally. I'd remove any sap if you see it, that's about it.

Lol I'm in PA have a giant maple tree right next to my house.

So that means if you have 5 pet frogs, you are normal, but if you have 6 pet frogs your a common criminal. I believe you people also have a problem with all of those out of state hedge hogs :)

At least they didnt pass the law that you had to register your chameleons.

And a bandaid for the keeper

It better be one of these or I’m out.
