lump on head in center of crest and clogged nostril

the lump on marleys head was not always there his appetite and movement have not been affected he's also had a nostril that looks to be clogged up how can i dislodge the clog and what could this lump mean heres some close up pics

Especially because of the clogged nasal passage, I would recommend a vet visit. If there is a problem (abscess, cyst, puss, infection) you will not be able to treat it from home. It may need to be drained, which is not a huge issue unless not taken care of. I'm just guessing from the pics, but that's my thoughts. Hope he's feeling better soon!
