Looking for some advice.

I am looking to pick up a veiled Cham in the near future and had a few questions. I live in Central New York and was wondering what type of cage I should get? I plan on keeping him in my bedroom during the winter months and out in the living room during the summer months. In the winter I keep the house about 68-69 F and summer is about 70F. Any help would be great. Also is there a preferred place to buy a Cham?

an all screen enclosure will do.
I'd spend the extra buck and but it from a breeder, they are often well cared for and the breeder may give some useful information.
From pet stores odds are you're purchasing a poorly cared for animal that's more likely to run into health issues down the road, even weeks, months, years later.

I have not purchased from them myself but FLChams seems great. I can't find a bad review on them. LLLChams may be good. Just browse the forum for people's opinions, especially those of trusted members.

I just received a baby Cham from flchams on Tuesday. He's a very friendly guy. He doesn't seem to eat too much but he doesn't mind being handled for about 5 minutes each day. I received my cage, a few supplies, and my son's chameleon from them. It was easy and I'd buy from them again.
