Your dusting with Miner-all W/d3 right? If so then you need to purchase miner-all outdoor formula WITHOUT D3. You dont need to dust w/d3 but 2x a month. Most often used schedule of supplementation is:
1. Calcium Only: 5x week
2. Multvitamin: 2x monthly (i use herptivite)
3. Minerall w D3: 2x monthly
And i would ditch the exo terra for a screen cage myself. You could use it for a baby cage or for a montane cage or a pygmy cage. But I wouldnt put a panther in one. Good luck with the treatment.
