Lights

It's tough you can get the basking dome lights there but they are cheaper quality than the pet store version plastic base vs ceramic for not much of a price difference. For t5 lighting I'm not sure you'll find better deals than on Amazon for uvb fixtures but I've never looked at h.d.

Edit to include a link for a recommended t5

They have br30 bulbs they seem to be a fan favorite for basking lights wattage depends on your specific needs and temps / distance to the basking branch or vine. I bought a 6 pack and it's served me well

Your welcome
For plants
Medium to low light plants can do very well with 6500k daylight bulbs common item and cheap. If you get a t5 ballast you can run 1 uvb bulb and the other /s with the 6500k it will help plants a bit.

If you have plants that need more light and they aren't getting any sunlight from Windows a led spotlight is a good option there is a thread from prime day that I'll try to find a link to. These are recommended by other usesers as are jungle Dawn. They provide high intensity light that helps get plants lower in the enclosure.
